Scene's lighting dims when reloading the Scene in Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Press Play
3. Observe the Game view and wait for the Scene to reload
Expected result: Lighting stays as it was before the Scene was reloaded
Actual result: Lighting gets dimmed after Scene is reloaded
Reproducible with: 2020.2.4f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.22f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
