'sceneRanges.empty()' error upon entering PlayMode with Experimental Settings when Lightning is generated on Static GameObject
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Repro.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene -> Enter the PlayMode
3. Observe the Console Window
Expected result: No "Assertion failed on expression: 'sceneRanges.empty()'" error appears
Actual result: "Assertion failed on expression: 'sceneRanges.empty()'" error appears
Reproducible with: 2019.3.10f1, 2020.1.0b5, 2020.2.0a7
Notes:
- Could not reproduce on 2018.4 and lower, because Experimental PlayMode Settings were not yet introduced on those versions
