Prefab of Hidden GameObject does not save its hidden state when it is being dragged and drop in Hierarchy
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Create a Cube
3. Hide Cube via Scene Vis hidden icon
4. Make a prefab of hidden Cube
5. Drag and drop the Prefab in the Scene
Expected Result: Prefab should be in a hidden state
Actual Result: Prefab is visible in the Scene
Reproducible on: 2020.1.0a5, 2019.3.0b3, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.1.10f1
Environment: Windows 10 and mac 10.14
