[Scene View] Gizmos dropdown disappears while toggling Windzone checkbox with its tooltip open
When window dropdown form Scene view is opened and mouse is hovered over wind zone then its tooltip appears and then toggling its checkbox causes Gizmo dropdown to disappear. also, the tooltip remains after in the editor, refer the attached video
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Scene> Gizmos > Wind zone > hover mouse cursor
3. Toggle checkbox (make sure that tooltip appears)
Actual result:
Gizmos dropdown list disappeared and tooltip remains in the editor
Expected result:
Windzone checkbox is toggled gracefully

Working fine in:
2020.2.0a18, 2020.1.0b16,
Environment:
Occurring on Mac 10.15 only.

Latest issues

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
I briefly tried to reproduce as of 2020.2a16, but was not able to. This may be still be an issue, but it is not easily reproduceable and is a very low user pain. I don't think it is a good use of developer time to investigate further.
