Scene view flickers and random artefacts are appearing when zooming in and zooming out if the Game view and the Scene view are visible at the same time
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_45038" project
2. Make sure the Scene view and the Game view are visible at the same time
3. Zoom in and zoom out in the Scene view multiple times
Expected result: Scene view zooms in and zooms out without any flickering or artefacts
Actual result: Scene view flicker and random artefacts appearing
Reproducible with: 2021.3.15f1, 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.3f1, 2023.1.1f1, 2023.2.0a20
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.14f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Notes:
1. Based on duplicates, also reproducible when hovering the cursor over the Scene view's border (https://unity.gyazo.com/fad5c3652d2db6b7f0adb12ed4f3ada9)
2. Also reproducible if other Platforms are selected
