[HDRP] Scene view and Game view widows are flickering when entering Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "FYP water system.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected results: The Scene view and Game view windows are not flickering
Actual results: The Scene view and Game view windows are not flickering
Reproducible with: 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4
Could not test with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.17f1 (compilation errors in the Console window)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
This is an issue in the user project. The object 'UnderwaterMesh' generates Nan when the cube goes underwater which results in black screen during postprocessing.
The issue comes from the user script that generates a mesh with invalid normals.
