Scene.isLoaded returns false when UnloadSceneAsync is called when there are other matching active scenes
Steps to reproduced:
1. open attached project
2. start scene 'Main'
3. click' Space'
Expected: both logs should say 'True'
Actual: one of them is 'False'
note: does not reproduce with SceneManager.UnloadScene
Reproduced: 5.5.0b7
