Scene does not load when using SceneManager.LoadScene(string) in Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("scene.zip")
2. Build and Run the project
3. Press the "UpArrow" key
Expected results: SceneManager loads the scene with the scene's name as parameters
Actual results: SceneManager fails to load the scene
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a20, 2020.2.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.7f1, 2020.2.0a19, 2020.2.0b3
Notes:
1. Does not reproduce in the Editor
2. If you first load a scene by an integer and then by string, then it is no longer reproducible
