Scale is overloaded when resizing TextMeshPro component using yellow borders
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project "CookieInvaders"
2. Open "Assets/Scenes/MainScene"
3. Select GameObject _Game > UI&Backgrounds > CanvasGame > GameUI > HPOrb > HpRatioText
4. Try to increase the scale of the TextMeshPro component using the yellow border in the Scene View
Expected result: Scale is increased according to Mouse Position
Actual result: Scale is stretched beyond the screen overloading the Editor
Reproducible with: 3.0.3 (2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a9)
Not reproducible with: 3.0.0-preview.14, 3.0.1 (2020.1.17f1)
Could not test with: 1.5.3 (2018.4), 2.1.3 (2019.4) (Scaling tool borders don't appear anymore, and a clean project has no repro)
Notes: Seems to only reproduce on Nvidia GPU's
