Running TestRunner in PlayMode sets runInBackground to True and doesn't unset it back
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the project "New Unity Project.zip"
2. Disable the option Run In Background (Edit > Project Settings > Player > Resolution and Presentation)
3. Click "Run All" in the Test Runner tab under PlayMode
4. Notice the option Run In Background
Expected result: Run In Background is disabled after running test in PlayMode
Actual result: Run In Background stays enabled after running test in PlayMode
Reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.2.0a18
