Running root element in Test Runner does not run other tests
Reproduction steps:
1. Download user's project and open in Unity
2. Open Window -> Test Runner
3. Select PlayMode
4. Run the "New Unity Project (2)"
Expected: all the tests are run (a green tick or red cross appear by the all tests)
Actual: only the selected test is run, all the other tests stay unrun
Reproduced on: 2017.2.0b8; 2017.2.1p2; 2017.3.0p3; 2018.1.0b4; 2018.2.0a1
Not reproduced on: 2017.1.3f1; 2017.2.0b7
Regression introduced: 2017.2.0b8
Fixed on: 2018.2.0a6
