[RPW][Rendering Debugger]Render Graph appears multiple times
The Render Graph is appearing multiple times on HDRP, as is registered on Core and on HDRP Rendering. Besides that the unregistration is wrong, so everytime you change a property of the RP asset, the pipeline does not clear properly the UI.
