Root Motion Node is not saved when applying changes

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Select Assets > GrabSelfInflatingBag.fbx model
3. In the Inspector > Rig make "Animation Type" into "Humanoid"
4. Make "Avatar Definition" into "Copy From Other Avatar"
5. Select Source and select an available model
6. In Inspector > Animation > Motion make "Root Motion Node" into "ROOT_character"
7. Apply changes and observe Preview
8. Select anything in Editor and reselect GrabSelfInflatingBag.fbx model
9. Observe "Root Motion Node" and Preview

Expected result: "Root Motion Node" is "ROOT_character"
Actual result: "Root Motion Node" is "<None>"

Reproduced with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.2f1, 2022.2.0a15

    It's worth noting that Copy From Other Avatar option in Avatar Definition is crucial for this bug to occur, also on step 7 the Root Motion Node will display the previously selected node, but in fact it will be none, the animation preview will not change at this step. When unclicking in editor and selecting the model again, the Root Motion Node will display None now, and the preview will be still unaffected, but if you change the Root Motion Node now and apply, after deselecting and reselecting again - it will work this time, changes will be saved and preview will display with our changes! Maybe this comment will help in locating the bug
