Reverting to an older Collab commit deletes all ignored files
Reproduction steps:
1. Open CollabRevertTest project
2. Enable collab
3. Commit
4. Change the scene and save it
5. Revert to the previous commit
Expected: scene gets reverted, everything else remains in place
Actual: scene gets reverted, ignored files get deleted
Reproduced on: 5.5.4p2, 5.6.3f1, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0b5, 2017.3.0a2
