Resizing game menu causes crash
If you move the Game menu after running a test that loads a scene Unity crashes.
Updated Reproduction steps
- Open the attached project in Unity 2019.3.0a11
- Open the Sample Scene
- Grab the divider between the scene and game view and resize it vigerously

- Open the attached project in Unity 2019.3.0a11
- Open the Sample Scene
- Open the test runner menu under general > test runner
- Run the StatFpsWithEnumeratorPasses test
- Once the test finished resize the game window

This is related to the GPU driver taking too long to respond and unity shutting down the driver. This timeout can be increased.
