Reporting a bug fails when filenames of attached files contain non-ASCII characters
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ą.zip"
2. In the Menu Bar select "Help -> Report a Bug..."
3. Attempt to submit a bug report with the project attached
Expected result: The bug report is submitted successfully
Actual result: The bug report fails with the following message:
"Error occurred while creating an archive.
Error code: invalid filename
Failing filename: "
