Rendering in Player is broken on Macbook built-in display when useHDRDisplay is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Project “RenderBug”
2. Go to File > Build And Run
Expected result: The Player is built with a background
Actual result: Rendering is broken, objects in the scene have black artifacts, the background is not visible
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.7f1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a2
Reproducible on: MacOS 13.1 (M1 Max), MacOS 13.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11
Note: When testing, make sure that no external displays are connected

Resolution Note:
Please not that HDR output with URP on macOS was not fully supported at the time the bug was filed. Now that HDR output (macOS+URP) has been completed on our internal development stream, the issue does not reproduce there anymore.
Full HDR output support on URP will be released with Unity 2023.2
