Rendering a mesh using different vertices with same uv-coordinates renders some artifacts around the mesh
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (SameUVWithPointFilter.zip)
2. Open the "MainScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the meshes that appear on screen
Expected: no artifacts are rendered on the edges of the mes, made at runtime
Reproduced in 5.5.4f1, 5.6.0f3, 5.6.2p4, 2017.1.0p1, 2017.2.0b3
