Render Texture Enable Mip Maps field is active but cannot be enabled when Color Format is set to DEPTH_AUTO
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1182462.zip")
2. Open Assets > Select "Test" Render Texture
3. In the Inspector window try to select Enable Mip Maps
Expected result: Mip Maps option is enabled
Actual result: Mip Maps option is not enabled
Reproducible in: 2017.4.32f, 2018.4.8f1, 2019.2.5f1, 2019.3.0b3, 2020.1.0a4
Note: The issue also reproduces with Color Format set to SHADOW_AUTO

Resolution Note:
by-design as Depth / Shadowmap format textures cannot have mipmaps.
