Render Pipeline Converter is stuck when converting Built-in Materials to HDRP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "RPC.zip"
2. Open Window>Rendering>HDRP Wizard
3. Click "Convert All Built-in Materials to HDRP"
Expected results: Conversion is successful
Actual results: Conversion is stuck
Reproducible with: 6000.0.14f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.43f1, 6000.0.15f1, 6000.0.16f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
