Render order issue with the URP Render Objects Renderer Feature when viewing Prefab in Context Prefab Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project "URPRenderObjectsPrefabBug.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. In the Hierarchy window under "Canvas" select "Transparent UI Asset" and press the arrow button next to the Prefab
Expected result: The transparent Image Prefab is rendered in front of the opaque "Cube"
Actual result: The transparent Image Prefab is rendered behind the opaque "Cube"

Resolution Note:
I checked the project and tried to reproduce the bug on the latest 2021.3, 2022.2 and 2023.1 (trunk) and was not able to reproduce it. I also created a brand new project, setup URP and replicated the project setup and still was not able to reproduce it. I left a comment on each port with the tested version. In case if this happens to be reproduceable on any of the latest versions above, please leave a comment and tag me to follow up.
