Renaming video file to non-ASCII characters will throw out error UnityEditor.DockArea:OnGUI()
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 880543_repro.zip and open "new" scene
2. Rename video file from "video" to "±"
3. Open folder "╣" and select "video".
Expected results: Error should not be throw out
Actual results: Errors are throw out when renaming video files to non-ASCII characters or by selecting video (reproducible just with .avi) which is located in folder which name has non-ASCII character.
Reproduced with: 5.6.0b9, 5.6.0b10
Not reproducible with: 5.5.2f1
