Renaming the Material removes the selection cursor and makes the selection invalid
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "2021-2-bugs.zip" project
2. Select the "Mat1" Material in the Project window
3. Rename the "Mat1" Material to "SomeMat"
4. Press Enter
5. Press the Arrow down button
Expected result: Material is selected in the Project window and after pressing the Arrow down button selects the next Material
Actual result: Material is not selected in the Project window and after pressing the Arrow down button selects the same Material
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.7f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.5f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0a12, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a3
