Renaming saved "Searches" allows unlimited characters, causing Search window to become unresponsive
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Open Search window
3. Toggle Saved Searches Panel (F3)
4. Expand "User" list
5. If the list is empty, save one search
6. Right-click on saved search
7. Select "Rename"
8. Give a name "Test"
9. Copy and paste "Test" as much as possible in the field
10. Press Enter
11. Observe the field, try moving Search window
Actual results: Field allows to add unlimited number of characters, Editor freeze
Expected results: Renaming a search should have a character limit in the field, Editor doesn't lag/freeze
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.14f1, 6000.2.0b11, 6000.3.0a3
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
