Renaming ends when hovering over ProBuilder Window elements
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Case_1111680_Renamed"
2. Open ProBuilder window (Tools > ProBuilder > ProBuilder Window)
3. Start renaming a file in the project window
4. Hover over one of the Probuilder elements until a tooltip appears
Expected result: Renaming the file doesn't end
Actual result: Renaming the file ends
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0b6, 2018.3.1f1, 2019.1.0a4, 2019.1.0a13
Not reproducible with - 2017.4.18f1, 2018.3.0a1, 2018.3.0b5, 2019.1.0a1, 2019.1.0a3
Notes: While renaming game objects in the hierarchy the issue is the same
