Renaming files makes them reimport
Reproduction steps:
1. Open a new project
2. Import a large media file (Audio,video,image)
3. Rename the imported media file
4. Open "Task Manager"
5. Notice CPU and Memory usage of Unity.exe
Expected result: File name gets update without reimporting it
Actual result: Unity freezes while the newly renamed file gets imported.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0b8, 5.4.2p1, 5.3.6p7
It fails to import large audio files in 5.2
