Renaming a new GameObject fails if VCS checks out the prefab being edited
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached user's project "1883473_VCSPopUP.zip"
2. Set up the VCS configuration in Project Settings / Version Control
3. Submit the project to your Perforce server
4. Once the project is set and submitted open "Myprefab.prefab" to edit
5. Add an empty GameObject
Expected Results: after the VCS popup the focused window should be last focused before the vcs pop up
Actual Results: The VCS pop up appears, and after you click ok, the rename field seems to be editable but any key responds because the focused window is the scene view
Reproducible on: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.38f1, 6000.0.11f1
Testing Environment: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
