Remove link to subscribe to newsletter from Manual activation
Repro:
1. Lauch editor
2. Go to Unity > Manage license
3. Choose to do Manual activation
4. Save license request
5. Go to https://license.unity3d.com/
6. User is asked to sign in
7. Observe that user has an option to subscribe to newsletter - this should be align to the logic of the ID page - user can subscribe to newsletter only during account creation, not during login
