How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Open the Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager
3. Install the Deployment and Remote Config packages
4. In the Project tab, right-click -> Create -> Services -> Remote Config
5. Rename and validate the file
6. Select the file
7. Observe the Console and the Inspector

Expected result: No errors, and Inspector renders the contents of the remote config file
Actual result: Two "ArgumentNullReference" exceptions are logged, and nothing is rendered in the Inspector

Reproducible in: 4.2.1, 4.2.2 (6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.11f1, 6000.3.0b9, 6000.4.0a4)
Not reproducible in: 4.1.1 (6000.3.0b9)
