[Regression] Unity cannot inherit from classes declared as namespaces
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project;
2. Look at the Console.
Expected result: Unity compiles scripts properly or gives meaningful error messages if it does not.
Actual result: Console throws an Unhandled Exception error caused by NullReferenceException followed by meaningless errors.
Reproduced on versions: 5.5.1f1, 5.5.2f1, 5.6.0b10, 2017.1.0a1.
Not reproduced on version: 5.4.4p4.
