[Regression] RectMask 2D forces all child to call TransformChangedDispatch
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project file and open "Scene" Scene
2. Open Profiler and enter Play Mode
Actual result: TransformChangedDispatch calls 702 times. After disabling RectMask 2D in scrollView, TransformChangedDispatch calls only 1 time.
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0p4, 2017.3.0b11, 2018.1.0a1
Not reproduced with: 2017.1.2p3, 2018.1.0a6, 2018.3.0a1
Regression since: 2017.2.0a1 till 2018.1.0a1

Hello,
This issue seems to concern older versions of Unity. The incriminated API does not exist anymore in more recent versions and we cannot reproduce it, we are therefore closing this ticket.
