Refresh Button's icon in Asset Bundle Browser is pixelated when changing UI Scaling to 125%
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "19.3 Packages.zip" Project
2. Set UI Scaling to 125% in Preferences > UI Scaling and restart Project
3. Open Window > Asset Bundle Browser
4. Inspect the refresh button's icon in the opened Window
Expected Behaviour: The Icon is stretched smoothly
Actual Behaviour: The Icon is pixelated when UI scaling is 125%
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b4, 2020.1.0a4
Note: could not test on older than 2019.3 streams as the UI scaling was introduced in 2019.3.0a3
