[ReflectionProbe] RenderProbe breaks when resolution is changed in runtime
To Reproduce:
1. Open scene test in the project attached to the post & play.
2. Notice that the probe's resolution is set to 1024, set it to any other value (16 or 32) in the inspector or using the gui element.
3. Notice that the resolution wasn't changed correctly and the actual resolution seems to alterante between the old and new values in different frames.
