RectTransform picking doesn't work when collapsed in Inspector
Repro steps:
- Make sure RectTransform component is expanded in Inspector.
- Select nothing in the Scene View or Hierarchy.
- Click on a GUI element in the Scene View and observe it gets selected.
- Collapse RectTransform component in the Inspector.
- Select nothing in the Scene View or Hierarchy.
- Click on a GUI element in the Scene View and observe it doesn't get selected.
Expected behaviour: RectTransform gets selected in Scene View regardless of whether component is expanded in Inspector or not.
