RectTransform.rect on a Canvas is not updated immediately after reactivating it
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1116547"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the Console
Actual: All values of the RectTransform.rect are 0
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a11, 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.18f1, 2018.3.0a10
