Rect transform Pos X/Y does not instantly update after reparenting
To reproduce:
1. Open "New Unity Project 51"
2. Open scene test
3. Select the image, make note of it's pos x, pos y
4. Reparent the image to the other button - the pos x, pos y is not instantly updated
5. Mouse over the rect transform window - the update finally happens
