Recorder's window dropdown arrow overlays 'Wildcard' label
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached '19.3.b3.zip' project
2. Open Window > General > Recorder > Recorder Window
3. Select Add New Recorders > Movie
4. Observe 'Wildcard' dropdown
Expected result: label is not overlayed by dropdown arrow
Actual result: label is overlayed by dropdown arrow
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a6, 2019.3.0b4, 2020.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.9f1, 2019.2.6f1, 2019.3.0a5
Could not test: 2017.4.32f1 Recorder Window is not introduced
