[Recorder] Loading Recorder List sets the Recorder names to empty strings
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Add the 'Unity Recorder' package
3. Open Window > General > Recorder > Recorder Window
4. Add some new Recorders
5. Save Recorder List
6. Load the saved Recorder List
Expected result: Recorders retain their respective names
Actual result: Recorder name strings are empty
Reproducible with package versions: preview.6 - 2.0.0
Reproducible with Unity versions: 2018.3.11f1, 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a11
Could not test with Unity versions: 2017.4.25f1, 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a10(Package incompatible with these versions)
