Rendering particles causes rendering artifacts
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download [Particles] FTP project from collab and open 18_LightsModule scene (Assets > ParticleTests)
2. Enter play mode
3. Observe the artifacts in the Game view camera
4. In the Hierarchy panel, select Particle System - Reflection Probes game object
5. Within that game object, select the Reflection Probe and set its type from Realtime to Baked
6. Bake the Reflection Probe
7. Enter the play mode
8. Rendering artifacts are no longer visible
Notes:
- Reproduces in standalone builds
- Setting reflection probe to baked can still cause some artifacts to appear within the scene view
- Tested using OpenGL 4.5 API
Reproducible in : 2018.3.0b7, 2019.1.0a6
Not-reproducible in : 2018.3.0b6, 2019.1.0a3, 2019.1.0a5
