[Realtime GI] Editor throws "Failed opening GI file at relative path" errors when switching lighting backends
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project and open SampleScene
2. Navigate to Edit > Preferences > GI Cache and clear the cache
3. In the Lighting Settings window, make sure that only Realtime GI is enabled
4. Bake the lighting
5. Now enable baked GI, and make sure that Lightmapper field is set to Enlighten
6. Bake the lighting again
7. Observe the errors in the console
Notes:
- Does not affect the progressive lightmapper

This issue isn't fixed in Unity 2020.1.5f1... Still seeing this error
