Realtime emissive materials affect baked lightmaps

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download the attached project and open EmissivesTest01 (Assets > Scenes)
2. In the Assets > Materials folder, select MagentaEmissive and TealEmissive materials and set their Global Illumination mode to Realtime
3. In the Lighting Settings window, make sure that Realtime GI is unchecked, and Baked GI is enabled
4. Bake scene lighting
5. Notice that the baked GI is still affected by realtime emissives

Notes:

- Affects both PLM and Enlighten
- As an added suggestion, three modes for emissives GI contribution could be implemented: None, Baked, and Realtime.
