Range Attribute number input field doesn't update its value
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "repro_IN-41940.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "Cube With Script" GameObject
4. In the "Sample Range Script" Component, change the value of one of the fields
5. Select any other GameObject, then return to the "Cube With Script" GameObject
6. Observe the field value that you previously changed
Expected result: The field value is the one that you changed to
Actual result: The field value is back to the one that was before your change
Reproduced with: 2022.2.17f1, 2022.3.0f1, 2023.1.0b19, 2023.2.0a17
Not reproduced with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.26f1, 2022.2.16f1
