Quick Search menu can't be opened using the keyboard shortcut when Play Mode is active and the Game View is focused
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project ("ShortcutsWithAlt.zip")
2. Enter Play Mode
3. While the Play Mode Window is focused use the Alt+Shift+O keyboard shortcut to open the quick search menu
Expected result: The quick search menu is opened
Actual result: The quick search menu does not open while an active Play Mode Window is focused
Reproduced in: 2019.3.0a8, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.1.8f1, 2018.4.3f1 (With Quick Search version: 1.2.7; 0.9.5)

Resolution Note:
Shortcut entry are not active while in playmode to make sure they do not interfere with game code shortcuts while the game view is active. The user can still use the shortcut mapped to the menu item "Help/Quick Search".
