[Quest] Artifacts when using HDRP with Screen Space Reflections in XR
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Connect Quest with Quest Link
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. Look at the bottom of the aquarium
Expected result: No artifacts exist
Actual result: Artifacts that move when the head is moved are present
Reproducible with: 2022.3.50f1, 6000.0.22f1
Could not test with: 2021.3.44f1 (White screen after entering the Play Mode)
Reproducible on:
VLNQA00379, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Reproducible with OpenXR and Oculus XR
- Reproducible with DX11 and DX12
- Reproducible with Single Pass Instanced and Multi Pass

We acknowledge the issue but we could not prioritize the ray tracing XR area. We will close this issue as won't fix for now. If you think that it is a major problem, please re-open
