Quaternion.LookRotation breaks rotation physics when parented with a moving object
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (SpringBug)
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Press the 'space' key to parent and unparent the 'SpringObject_Broken' with the 'Sphere' GameObject
Expected result: the spring remains aligned with the sphere after some toggling
Actual result: the end of the spring jitters around the sphere slightly after some toggling
Reproducible with: 2018.1.6f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.0b4, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.3.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2017.1.4p2, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.4.7f1, 2018.1.5f1, 2018.2.0b3
Notes:
'SpringObject_Fixed' GameObject can be used for comparison to see how the physics should actually behave
