Pulled project opening fails on Windows, when it is created on OSX Google Drive and pushed to Collab
To reproduce:
1. Download Google Drive app on OSX
2. Create project in Google Drive folder
3. Push project to collab
4. Pull project on windows machine
Expected: Google Drive creates icon file, which will be unreadable or ignored, and no errors will be thrown.
Actual: An error is thrown(images attached)
Reproduced on: 5.5.3p3, 5.6.0p3; On 2017.1.0b2('Assertation failed' error is thrown to console instead of 'Opening file failed' window)
Note: on OSX project is pulled and opened properly
