Reorderable list elements can't be edited when using SerializedProperty
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "PropertyFieldBug.zip"
2. Open "Scene" scene
3. Select "Test" GameObject
4. In the Inspector window, try to deselect the first element of the "Field" array
Expected result: The element is deselected
Actual result: The element stays selected
Reproducible with - 2020.2.0a13, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a2
Not reproducible with - 2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.0a12
Could not test - 2018.4
