Property does not render its children when it's rendered with PropertyField and is set to HideInInspector
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "scene"
3. Select "GameObject"
4. Look at the inspector. There are two lists, both rendered with PropertyField, but one does not have it's children (the one that's set to HideInInspector)
