Regression
Yes
ProjectVersion.txt file is not created when creating a new project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Close the project
3. Re-launch the newly created project
Expected results: The project is launched without any issues
Actual results: The project throws a version mismatch error since the ProjectVersion.txt file does not exist
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.20f1, 2021.2.0b11, 2021.1.0a7
Notes:
1. Tested on Ubuntu 20.04 and macOS 11.5.2
2. ProjectVersion.txt file is updated correctly if an older project is launched. For instance 2022.1.0a7 upgraded to 2022.1.0a8. The issue seems to only affect projects that are created with 2022.1.0a8 or are missing their ProjectVersion.txt file
