Project Settings panel width changes when reimporting a script
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Beta Test.zip" project
2. Open Project Settings window ( Edit > Project Settings... )
3. Resize the left/right panel in Project Settings
4. Go to the Assets folder in the Projects window
5. Right-click on the "RuntimeBug" script and click Reimport
Expected results: Project Settings panel width doesn't change
Actual results: Project Settings left/right panel resizes to the previous width
Reproducible with: 2021.1.15f1, 2021.1.19f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.14f1
